Katita was named after a female dog in Rio which became a national hero in Brazil after saving the life of a three year old boy that was being mauled by two vicious pit bulls. She was badly hurt after fending off the beasts, but survived to bask in glory. Stocky and full of beans, Katita doesn't win a speed race but makes up for it with enthusiasm.
