Despatch & Delivery
Most orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our premises the same day, subject to stock availability and succesful payment method, via Royal Mail 1st Class or our couriers Initial City Link.

We offer a choice of two services for UK addresses:

  • Standard Delivery Service
    Orders sent via our Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 2-3 days of your order being placed.

  • Express Delivery Service
    Orders sent via our Express Delivery Service (placed before 3.00pm on weekdays for products marked In Stock) should arrive between 9am and 5.30pm the next working day by courier, subject to your payment being accepted. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order.

    Please note that the Express service is only available to orders delivered to mainland UK addresses.
Orders placed after 3:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day, but we sometimes can do it quicker if possible.


Please also note that during times of peak seasonal demand (e.g. Valentine's Day, Father's Day, but especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details of possible delays and allow extra time for delivery.

If for any reason there's a major delay with the expected delivery time, we'll contact you discreetly and explain the situation.

Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.

Overseas Orders
Please note that when you pay with a credit card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.

Postage Costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the top of the order form when you select the destination country. For orders containing multiple products, you will only be charged the postage cost for the total weight of posting all of the items, which will be substantially less than the cumulative individual postage costs.

All orders delivered to international addresses are usually delivered using Airmail and our international courier partners. You can expect to receive your items within 3-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on which country you are ordering from.

Please note: our International Courier cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

British Forces - BFPO
We accept orders to all BFPO addresses which are charged at the UK Standard Delivery rate of £3.95 per order. There are some restrictions regarding which products can be sent but we will contact you if your order is affected by this. For delivery times please refer to BFPO website .

 

Complaints...
We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers quickly and fairly.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy, so that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that can't be resolved immediately we'll respond within 24 hours either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.

Returns And Refunds.

We hope you'll be delighted with your product but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Unwanted Goods
    If you return the product, unused, as new, and in it's original packaging, and having taken reasonable care of it, within 14 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by telephone on 0845 1651151 or email to inform us of your wish to return the goods, and we'll allocate you a Returns Code which you must include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible.

  • Faulty Goods
    If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone on 0845 1651151 or email to inform us within 30 days of receipt, and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a Returns Code (which you must include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible) and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

    You will be responsible for the items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery), and ensure the items are properly packaged and protected.
